The official host hotel for the NAFCC 2026 National Annual Conference is the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago, located in Rosemont, Illinois.

Important Information:

At the time of reservation, the hotel will charge a deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus tax ($215.46) for each room reserved. This deposit will be applied as a credit to your individual room folio at check-in.

The group rate will be available until Monday, June 22, 2026, or until the room block sells out — whichever comes first.

Reservations canceled on or before April 15, 2026, will receive a full refund of the deposit. After April 15, 2026, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
