Welcome to all registrants, volunteers, presenters, sponsors, and exhibitors! We are thrilled to come together in Chicago, Illinois, to learn, network, and collaborate.
Conference Dates:
July 16 – July 18, 2026
Pre-conference: July 15, 2026
We believe in the power of connection and the value of in-person gatherings. The conference will be held exclusively in person.
Important Note for NAFCC Members:

Group Registration

Important Information
- Group registrations are for two or more participants.
- Once we receive your submission, a conference team member will:
- Verify the details
- Send an invoice for payment
- Provide a coupon code for participants to register (once the invoice is paid in full)
- Provide registration instructions for both members and non-members for each participant to complete their registration.
Note: Payment of the invoice alone does not register individuals for the conference. Each participant must complete registration using the instructions and promo code provided.

Cancellation & Refunds
All refund requests must be received in writing no later than May 1, 2026, via email to conference@nafcc.org. Please read our Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations will incur a $80 administrative fee which will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Registrations transferred to another individual or changes to pre-conference workshop session selections will incur a $80 administrative fee.
