Your Voice. Your Leadership. Your Future.

Across the nation, Family Child Care Educators are trusted early care professionals who understand firsthand what it takes to care for children, support families, operate a small business, and navigate the systems that shape Family Child Care every day. Yet too often, decisions about Family Child Care are made without the voices of the educators who know the work best.
