Welcome to all registrants, volunteers, presenters, sponsors, and exhibitors! We are thrilled to come together in Chicago, Illinois, to learn, network, and collaborate.

Pre-conference: July 15, 2026
We believe in the power of connection and the value of in-person gatherings. The conference will be held exclusively in person.

We are no longer accepting group registrations. The group registration deadline was June 22.

Cancellation & Refunds
All refund requests must be received in writing no later than May 17, 2026, via email to conference@nafcc.org. Please read our Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations will incur a $70 administrative fee which will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Registrations transferred to another individual or changes to pre-conference workshop session selections will incur a $70 administrative fee.
