Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to conference@nafcc.org by September 17, 2026. Requests received by this deadline are eligible for a full refund of the conference registration fee. Membership dues paid during registration are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations submitted after September 17, 2026, or for registrants who do not attend. Registrations may be transferred to another individual by emailing conference@nafcc.org no later than October 9, 2026. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. NAFCC is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, including travel, lodging, or other conference-related costs.
