Christina and Tarris Brown have been operating Overcomer Kids 3E’s in Orlando, FL since 2010. Christina, alongside her husband, daughter and two teenage boys, have transformed their child care business into a thriving family-run endeavor. Tarris began his journey in child care 17 years ago, working in ministry, and together they have built a trusted program based on their shared love for children and a commitment to providing a first-class, safe, and nurturing environment.

Laverne Cheeseboro is the owner and director of Heavenly Made Creations Family Group Child Care and founder of Heavenly Made Blessings, a non-profit that provides scholarships and supports child care programs. She is also a co-founder of The Family Childcare Coalition. A passionate advocate, Laverne is a published author and community leader known for empowering child care providers and families through education and outreach.

She provides high-quality care to families in the South Bay area and goes above and beyond by offering essential resources like food, diaper banks, and parenting classes. Miren actively advocates for accessible child care services and collaborates with local agencies to support families.

Corrine Hendrickson has operated Corrine’s Little Explorers Family Child Care Center in New Glarus, WI, since 2007. She holds multiple credentials, including a BS in Elementary Education and an Infant Early Childhood Family Mental Health Certificate. Corrine is a passionate advocate for early childhood education and has been recognized with the NAFCC Ruby Brunson Community Advocate Award (2023) and the Terri Lynne Lokoff Teacher Award (2020).
