From kitchen tables to living rooms, educators welcome children and families every day, providing care, education, and leadership that strengthens communities.

As the leading voice for family child care, NAFCC created this film to honor home-based educators’ essential, often overlooked work. This nomination serves as a testament to their impact and highlights the urgency of uplifting their stories.
