It is with mixed emotions that we write to let you know that our Executive Director, Lanette Dumas, is no longer an employee of the National Association for Family Child Care. Lanette has made a number of important contributions to our organization, and we wish her well in her future endeavors.
The Board is delighted to announce that we have engaged a consulting group to handle the transition and leadership objectives for the Association while the Board considers the best future direction of the Association’s leadership positions. We are also pleased to bring Amie Choiniere back to support member relations and work with our consulting firm to further strengthen the Association.
The Board is very confident that members of the consulting group and Amie are the right people to move NAFCC forward and grateful that they have agreed to serve in these positions.
