Quality Ambassador Training
This training equips individuals to serve as advocates and guides for the accreditation process. Quality Ambassadors play a key role in empowering FCC educators to understand accreditation requirements, navigate the process, and implement quality improvements. Ideal for agency staff, FCC coaches, mentors, and other professionals who support FCC educators.
Observer Training
NAFCC-certified Observers conduct accreditation observations to assess FCC programs. This training provides the tools and knowledge needed to conduct professional, unbiased, and accurate observations aligned with NAFCC accreditation standards. Observer Training is perfect for professionals committed to ensuring quality and supporting the success of FCC educators.
