Salesforce is known for its flexibility, scalability, and the ability to customize its features to suit the specific needs of different industries and businesses.

More specifically, Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is a flexible solution for nonprofits. It provides fundraising, marketing, and program operations solutions allowing for all volunteer and nonprofit program related information to be kept in one place.

NAFCC is implementing Salesforce to allow for a seamless and central place to access all necessary application forms and next steps while tracking accreditation and observation processes along the way, all within an Experience portal.

Salesforce will help enhance the Accreditation process by allowing members completing Self-Study to apply for Accreditation through an extensive process within Salesforce, all while allowing you to track your progress and status each step of the way.

Salesforce is a system that will allow NAFCC to create a seamless experience for all member and non-members associated with the organization. Salesforce will allow its users, and the NAFCC organization, to easily track the progress of accreditation and observation processes while providing a central location for its users to access all necessary paperwork, and next steps within the Experience portal.

NAFCC is implementing Salesforce for an overall better user experience by enhancing ongoing member relationships. Salesforce will not only allow for the improvement of collaboration but also the overall efficiency and productivity of streamlining both the accreditation and observation processes. Members will now be able to access their profiles, track their progress, and collaborate with NAFCC members all from one central Experience portal within the Salesforce platform.
