Are children allowed to attend conference events?
The National Annual Conference is about children but not for children. Children under the age of 18 are unable to attend.
Can family or friends attend special conference events, such as Toast to Quality and Saturday Awards Luncheon?

Is there a dress code or recommended attire for the conference?
We recommend dressing professionally yet comfortably. Themed events will be announced closer to the conference dates, along with suggested attire for those who wish to participate.
Will meals or refreshments be provided during the conference?
Breakfast and lunch will be available for purchase in the exhibit hall at our “Cash and Carry” area. Each conference registration includes one ticket to the Saturday Awards Luncheon; additional tickets may be available by contacting conference@nafcc.org. You may also purchase a Toast to Quality VIP Reception ticket for $60, which includes dinner from 6-7pm.

How do I register for the National Annual Conference?

What does the conference registration fee include?
Conference registration includes:

Are there any additional costs beyond the conference registration fee?
Tickets for the Friday Toast to Quality VIP Reception are available for an additional purchase of $60 which includes dinner from 6-7pm.
When will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Confirmation is immediately displayed once you have completed your payment. Please print out for your records.
Can I register for the National Annual Conference onsite?
If additional tickets are available, onsite registration will be available at the “Late Registration” ticket price. Please contact us at conference@nafcc.org for more information.
Are one-day registrations available?
At this time, one-day registrations are not being offered. Please contact at conference@nafcc.org for more information.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than 60-days before the conference date via email to conference@nafcc.org. Cancellations will incur a $70 administrative fee, which will be deducted from the refund. For more information, visit our Conference Registration Refund Policy page.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. Member tickets may only be transferred to another current member. Please contact conference@nafcc.org at least 14 business days prior to the event to arrange this transfer. A $70 administrative fee will apply. Do I need to be a NAFCC member to attend?
No, NAFCC membership is not required to attend the conference; our conference is for everyone. However, members receive a discounted registration rate.
Can I renew my membership or become a NAFCC member while completing my conference registration?
Yes. You can renew your membership or become a member during conference registration. You’ll be prompted to select your membership type before completing registration, and the fee will appear at checkout.
How can I update my conference registration information (ex. name, email, organization)?

Pre-Conference Workshop Sessions
When are the Pre-Conference sessions?
Pre-Conference sessions, including the NAFCC Ignite Leadership Track, will take place on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. NAFCC Accreditation Observer and Ambassador Training will be held on Monday, July 14, 2026 and Tuesday, July 15, 2026.
Where can I view the list of Pre-Conference workshop sessions?
The list of Pre-Conference workshop sessions will be available on the national conference webpage under the “Pre-Conference” tab closer to the conference date.
Is there a cost to attend the Pre-Conference sessions?
Morning Pre-Conference sessions are complimentary with the purchase of a full regular conference ticket. The NAFCC Ignite Leadership Track requires a $125 registration fee and includes lunch as well as additional workshop sessions.
Layaway Plan
Is there a layaway plan offered for the National Annual Conference?
Yes. The layaway plan is offered to NAFCC members only.
How does the layaway plan work, and what does it cover?
The layaway plan allows members to make monthly payments toward both conference registration and hotel accommodation. Please note that pre-conference sessions, the Friday night Toast to Quality VIP Reception ticket, excursions, airfare, and other add-ons are not included in the plan.
How do I register for the National Annual Conference through the layaway plan?
Do not register on the general registration site if you are participating in the layaway plan. Once your final layaway payment is received, you will receive an email with a coupon code and instructions on how to register for the conference. This email will also provide the opportunity to purchase a Friday night Toast to Quality VIP Reception ticket.
What if I need to make changes to my hotel reservation after I sign up for the layaway plan?
All changes to hotel arrival or departure dates should be emailed to conference@nafcc.org. Any changes may affect your monthly payments. Do not reserve a hotel room through the regular registration link if you are participating in the layaway plan—your hotel reservation will be made through the layaway plan.
When is the last day to sign up for the layaway plan?
The last day to enroll is December 5, 2025. Space is limited, so we encourage early enrollment.
What is the cancellation and refund policy for the layaway plan?
Cancellations made on or before April 18, 2026 will incur a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after April 18, 2026 are non-refundable.

Group Registration
How can I register a group for the National Annual Conference?
Group registration is available for a minimum of 2 participants. To register, visit the national conference webpage, click the “Conference Registration” tab, scroll to the “Group Registration” section, and complete the linked form.
What information do I need to provide to register a group?
For each group member, you will need to provide:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- NAFCC member or Non-member status
You should also indicate if you will be paying for group membership or membership renewal for any group members.
Is there a discount for group registration?
No. There is no discount for group registration. We recommend submitting your group registration early to take advantage of Early Bird Registration pricing.
Can I add or remove members after the group registration is submitted?
If you need to edit group members, please email conference@nafcc.org.
What forms of payment are accepted for group registration?
Payment will be made via Bill.com.
After completing payment, how do individual group members complete their conference registration?
Once payment is received, the main group contact will receive a registration code and instructions to share with group members. Please note: Group members are not automatically registered; each member must complete registration individually using the provided code.

CEUs/Certificates
To request your CEUs, visit our national conference webpage, scroll down to the CEU section, and click the Request Transcript link to purchase your transcript once it becomes available.
Will continuing education units (CEUs) be offered?
Yes. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be offered through Auburn University.
How do I receive my CEU transcript?
To receive your CEU transcript, please complete the Session Feedback in the WHOVA app for each workshop you attend. Approximately 30 days after the conference concludes, CEU transcripts will be available for purchase through Auburn University. More information and instructions will be provided closer to the conference.
Will certificates be offered for each workshop?
Yes. Certificates will be available for each workshop you attend. Each certificate will include the hours and CEUs associated with that session.
How do I receive my certificates?
To receive your certificates, you must complete the Session Feedback in the WHOVA app for each workshop you attend. Certificates will be emailed to attendees within 10 business days after the conference concludes.

How do I sign up for workshop sessions?
Pre-signups for workshop sessions are not required. Sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to available seating). We recommend selecting a second or third choice in case your preferred session fills up.
WHOVA
What is the WHOVA app?
WHOVA is our official event app that allows attendees to view the conference schedule, create their own agenda, network, connect, receive announcements, and much more! You can access WHOVA through the mobile app or by logging in on your computer. We highly recommend using WHOVA for the best conference experience.
How can I download and log into the WHOVA app?
Download the WHOVA app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or this link. Once downloaded, log in using the same email address you used to register for the conference. Please note: There is no invitation code required to access the event.
Who should I reach out to if I have challenges logging into WHOVA?

When will the event be available for attendees on the WHOVA app?
The event will be available in WHOVA approximately one month before the conference begins.

How will I receive announcements or updates during the conference?
All event updates and announcements will be sent through WHOVA notifications, please be sure to enable push notifications on your phone to stay up to date.

Presenters
Where can I submit a proposal to present at the 2026 National Annual Conference?
Proposals will be accepted starting mid-November through WHOVA. Details and the submission link can be found on our national conference webpage under the “Presenters” tab.
Can I submit more than one proposal?
Yes. You may submit more than one proposal for different workshop sessions.
How long are workshop sessions?
Workshop sessions are 90 minutes long.
When will presenters be notified of acceptance?
Workshop presenters will be notified of their acceptance approximately three months prior to the conference.
What are the perks of being a presenter?
Primary presenters receive 50% off their conference registration fee. Please note: this discount applies only to the primary presenter. Co-presenters must pay the full conference registration rate.
Do I have to register for the National Annual Conference?
Yes. All presenters, including co-presenters, are required to register for the conference.
Interpretation
Will interpretation be offered, and at which events?
Yes. Interpretation services will be available during the National Annual Conference during special events (General Sessions, Friday Toast to Quality, and the Saturday Awards Luncheon).
