The National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) is the only national professional association dedicated to promoting high-quality early childhood experiences in the unique environment of family child care programs.

NAFCC and its Chapters are committed to working together to support and leverage a nationwide network of family child care professionals, stakeholders and partners in expanding and promoting the power of family child care.

Through common values, missions and grassroots action – we will promote, expand, and unite empowered membership at the local, state, and national levels to best support, advocate for and highlight family child care’s vital role in communities and early childhood education.

NAFCC State Representatives

NAFCC State Reps

State Reps are NAFCC brand ambassadors, and the eyes and ears on the ground working directly with family child care providers, state and local associations, organizations, groups, and stakeholders. Together, these dedicated volunteers make up the NAFCC Membership Advisory Council.

Membership Advisory Council Mission: The NAFCC Membership Advisory Council acts as an advisory body to support the continuing transformation of the NAFCC Membership structure into a high-performing, inclusive organization.

Membership Advisory Council Purpose: To advise the NAFCC Governing Board and national staff about all issues related to family child care, local and state associations and its members, and to identify and develop strong inclusive leadership.
